After you delete this newsletter, you can refer to the school website to keep you posted on
events.
PUBLIC OPEN HOUSE
January 27th we will have an Open House for the general public and those interested in enrolling
their child for the fall or who would like to be placed on our waiting list. It will go from 4-7 pm.
We will have staff available for answering questions and explaining materials. Tell your friends.
IN SCHOOL PARENT OPEN HOUSE FEBRUARY, 4TH
You are invited to come to our Camas Montessori Parent Open House on Thursday, Feb. 4th from
4:00-7:00pm.
Your child will show you some of the work he or she has been doing in the classroom. Be
prepared to relax on the floor, help them roll or unroll a rug, or sit in a small chair and discover
what your child can do. Your child’s teacher will let you know the times you are invited to come
as space is limited when you try to get 20 small bodies and 40 large bodies in one room at one
time!
RE-ENROLLMENT TIME IS HERE
It’s that time again when we need your reservation form and fees for next year. The executive
board tried to keep tuition increases down as much as possible and has decided on a 4%
increase.
We are also in great need of parent participation. For that reason, we are raising the volunteer
fee next year to $250 or $10/hour for 25 hours of volunteering. If you are a member of our
parent helper’s board you get those hours in very quickly.
If you know now that your child WILL NOT be able to return next year, please let us know There
is no reimbursement of reservation fees if your child withdraws before the end of his or her
kindergarten year.
BUY YOUR AUCTION TICKETS now! And turn in donations ASAP. Thanks!
